For employees, Palava makes walk-to-work a reality with an integrated ecosystem on work, housing, education, and recreation. There is a conscious focus on “delight-by-design” for employees across laboratory, office, and common space to foster greater innovation and collaboration.”

For the first time in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, we are developing a well-planned ecosystem dedicated to the life sciences industry, which the city has always lacked. Within the following year, Encube Ethicals R&D Centre of Excellence will be ready, paving the path for further pharma-centric developments in the region.”
