The Company has fixed December 13, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the Second Interim Dividend, 2012, if any declared.
Also, the Payment Date for the Second Interim Dividend, 2012, if any, would be on and from December 21, 2012
