Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2012, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year and second quarter ended June 30, 2012 and declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2012, if any.
The Company has fixed August 02, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the year 2012, if any as may be declared by the Board of Directors of the Company on July 27, 2012.
Further the Company has informed that, the interim dividend for 2012, if any declared, would be paid on and from August 13, 2012.
