Tata Power hosts Consumer Meet 2023 in Mumbai; strengthens industrial customer relationsTata Power hosted its Annual Consumer Meet, inviting industrial and commercial consumers and showcasing a glimpse of Tata Power’s ongoing transformation journey through a themed setup of its various products, offerings, and solutions. About 50 representatives who are also key customers  from commercial enterprises in MIDC Marol participated in the conference to discuss the ongoing expansion of Tata Power’s services across Mumbai, which was headed by Mr. Nilesh Kane, Chief, Mumbai Distribution, Tata Power. The event also marked the presence of Mr. Apurva Patel, Secretary of the MIDC Association, as a chief guest .

The discussion provided a detailed insight into some of Tata Power’s key offerings in EV, Solar Rooftop, Home Automation, Transmission & Distribution along with the company’s Sustainability and Do Green initiatives across the city. Mr. Apurva Patel, the Secretary of the MIDC Association, addressed the attendees about the strong collaboration between Tata Power and MIDC Marol over the years while emphasizing how this partnership has been characterized by cooperation. He also highlighted that this positive relationship will persist and grow stronger in the future. Mr. Kane conveyed his appreciation to the representatives for their steadfast support over the years in the journey of advancing Tata Power’s multiple efforts to provide quality service to all residents of Mumbai. The conference also provided an opportunity for industrial consumers to interact with esteemed leadership members at Tata Power.  

Tata Power has consistently maintained a dedicated commitment to nurturing customer relationships. Its primary goal remains the continuous enhancement of service quality, catering to every customer’s needs and demands.
